752,867. Connecting bars. DE CIRKEL, N. V. July 26, 1954 [July 28, 1953], No. 21761/54. Class 20(2). Section bars for use in scaffolds, stages, &c. are perforated in pattern units each comprising a square in which is one or more arcuate slots or arcuate rows of apertures. As shown in Fig. 1, the pattern unit consists of two holes 2, 3 and a quarter circular slot 4, and the centres of these holes and the centres of the rounded ends of the slot form a square ABCD. In Fig. 2, the arcuate slot is replaced by arcuate rows of holes arranged in a square PQRS, all the holes being located on four quarter circles 6, 7, 8, 9, with a radius equal to the side of the square. The holes 10 are short slots.
