Class 142(4) [Also in Group VII] A pile fabric produced by inserting loops of a yarn 31 in a base fabric 29 in the usual way has a pile formed on the back of it by loops 27 of a second yarn 32 laid under those parts of the first yarn which lie against the back of the fabric 29. The loops of the first yarn may be cut to form chenille ends.
