Class 142(4) [Also in Group VIII] The warp and weft threads consist of a metal core coated with a resilient material which flattens where the threads cross to assist in obtaining warp and weft humps of equal height; the coating may be omitted from the warp, and the weft need not have a core. The metal is copper or iron or an alloy thereof and the coating is nylon, rubber or varnish.
