712,791. Mechanical switches. BUSCH-JAEGER LUDENSCHEIDER METALLWERKE AKT.-GES. May 22, 1952 [May 23, 1951], No. 13041/52. Class 38(5) A cam-operated switch has a movable contact member 3 guided in a groove 2 in the switch base, the groove having enlargements 4 for compression springs 5. The member 3 is operated by a cam disc 9 acting on the projection 8 so 'as to move parallel to the shaft-axis. The lateral dimension of the member is small so that several can be arranged side-by-side in a narrow space, Fig. 2. The member 3, contacts 6, spring guides 7 and projection 8 are formed all in one piece.
