710,707. Wrenches; screwdrivers. GARRINGTONS, Ltd. Oct. 1, 1952 [July 21, 1951], No. 15589/51. Addition to 686,683. Class 61 A modification of the invention of the parent Specification consists in providing a single tool capable of turning threaded members in either direction. Two diametrically opposed, oppositely inclined pairs of slots 17a and 17b are provided in the tubular portion 16 of the head. The pin 18 positioned in a diametrical hole in the operating member 10 is provided with a knurled end to facilitate its ready insertion through, or removal from, one or other of the two pairs of slots.
