Class 136(3) [Also in Groups V and XXIII] A cycle handle is covered with a contractile sheath of thermoplastic material by fitting the sheath over the handle and then heating the sheath. The heat makes the sheath shrink on to the handle. This property of contracting or shrinking is imparted to the thermoplastic material by a moulding method (see Group V).
