Class 26 A sink strainer comprises a flat perforated disc or plate 1 arranged to rest on the bottom surface of a sink and to extend outwardly from and around the outlet therein, the plate having a part-spherical or other central depression 2 to fit into the outlet. An edge portion of the plate may be cut away as at 3 so as to lie against or near a side wall of the sink.
