Abstract

703,325. Velocity-modulated tubes. LELAND STANFORD JUNIOR UNIVERSITY, BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF. Feb. 28, 1948 [April 20, 1939], No. 6243/48. Drawings to Specification. Class 39(1) The subject-matter, a preferably reflex tube with toroidal resonator excited by a sheet of electrons from a central cathode, is identical with Fig. 3 of Specification 545,146, but the claims differ. Specifications 523,712 and 703,375 are referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91, also contained all the subject-matter of Specification 703,324 (as open to inspection under Sect. 91). This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
