699,619. Furniture combinations BAVEYSTOCK, R. T. Sept. 25, 1952. No. 24104/52. Class 52(iii) A child's cot convertible into a play pen comprises two separate units, the lower unit forming a stand and incorporating a mattress element while the upper unit is capable of being detachably mounted on the lower unit to form a cot or of being placed on the floor to form a play pen. As shown the lower unit C comprises a frame 10...13, legs 14...17 and a mattress element 18. The upper unit B comprises sides 2, 3 and ends 4, 5 the ends 4, 5 being hinged on the side 2 while the side 3 is detachable. The upper unit B fits on ledges 19 on the legs and is secured to the lower unit C by screwed pins 1.
