695,837. Road-traffic signs. MUNCKTON, F. E. P. May 22, 1952 [July 13, 1951; Aug. 7, 1951; Dec. 10, 1951], Nos. 16650/51, 18573/51 and 28854/51. Class 3 (ii) A road-traffic sign comprises one or more reflector studs carried on a support 10 comprising a flat strip of uniform thickness arranged to extend lengthwise over a hand and fitted at each end with a ring, one of which can be slipped over a wrist and the other over a finger. The reflectors 11 are each attached by means of a frame 12 to the strip 10, the frame having bent-over prongs 13 which engage apertures in the strip. The strip has an elastic ring 15 at one end for engaging the finger and a strap 16 at the other end for securing it to the wrist. One end of the strap passes through a loop 17 on its other end and is held by a press button fitting, part of which 19 is adjustably positioned intermediate the ends of the strap.
