[Class 64(iii)] In a cooling device, e.g. an oil cooler for ;aircraft, coolant air flowing through a duct 11 containing a coaxial annular heat exchanger 32 is cooled before entering the latter by driving rotary heat energy extraction means, e.g. a turbine 15, which drives a fan 45 mounted on the same shaft 19, or a generator, fuel pump, vacuum pump &c.
