[Class 107] A mounting, for a rotary gully sweeping brush L carried on a main machine, comprises a parallelogram linkage formed of a vertical member D pivoted in a bracket F on the main machine, a horizontal tension resistor A, a vertical member C forming the housing for the brush shaft .driven by a shaft H through a gear box G and a horizontal member B including a screw part E for adjustment purposes, neither of the parts A and B forming any part of the power transmission to the brush. The members A ... D are pivoted together. A spring stay J or a support K is provided.
