Abstract

648,945. Ski-poles. ACCLES & POLLOCK, Ltd. Oct. 14, 1948, No. 26735. [Class 132 (i)] A ski-stick comprises a tubular metal shaft a with a groove b in which is rotatably mounted a metal collar c to support the basket ring. The collar c has two flanges d each with three equidistant holes f, the holes on the two collars being staggered with respect to one another. Straps g, made from rubber or the like and secured by a rivet as shown, are looped through the holes f and loops i attached to the basket ring h.
