648,344. Mercantile forms. COLMER, C. J. Feb. 4, 1948, No. 3290. [Class 16] Forms for business purposes comprise a summary sheet A having affixed to it along one side edge, e.g., by gumming directly thereto or with a base strip interposed a series of detachable dockets B<SP>1</SP>, B2 &c. in staggered relation such that at least the portion adjacent the upper edge of each docket is free of contact with the adjacent docket so that entries made on the upper portions of the dockets are simultaneously made by means of a carbon sheet C in correct order on the summary sheet. Other listing sheets, perforated if desired, may be interposed between the dockets and the summary sheet. The dockets comprise two portions which are detachable one from the other. Specification 607,428 is referred to.
