[Class 125(iii)] A domed cap a, secured to a stem b which fits within a bottle neck, carries in a fluid tight manner on a sealing washer f, a delivery portion g. The portion g extends through a slot e, and contains liquid and air passages i and respectively, which, by rotation of the portion g may be cut off from the bottle interior. Preferably all the parts, except b, are of thermosetting or thermoplastic or other non- metallic material.
