Abstract
633,043. Clips. L'HEUREUX, G. Dec. 27, 1947, No. 34315. Convention date, Sept. 4, 1944. [Class 44] A clip for a pen or the like comprises a resilient clip 1 and a two armed safetylever 2 mounted thereon and carrying at its lower end a spike 9 to engage the cloth of the pocket, the spike being released to remove the pen by finger pressure on the upper arm of the lever. The clip 1 is formed with an aperture 4, Fig. 4, accommodating the lever 2, Fig. 7, a hood 10 at the upper end of the lever accommodating a spring 12 biasing the spike to the engaging position. The clip, held on the pen by a ring 3 carries a pivot pin 13 for the lever 2 and a projection 7 against which presses the spring 12.
