600,358. Ventilators. BATRA, H. S. Sept. 10, 1946. No. 23594/44. [Class 137] A ventilator for introducing fresh air into buildings, vehicles &c. comprises a duct 1 with .a relatively small inlet orifice 2, a large outlet 5 at a higher level and a flow portion being defined by a continuously expanding circular section with its generating axis lying on an inclined line containing two merging oppositely - facing quarter - circle bends. The duct may be of metal, plastic, pottery &c. built into a wall or incorporated in the framework 7, 8 of a vehicle.
