Abstract

596,882. Rotary - table moulding machines. CAMWHEAT PIE MACHINE CO., Ltd., and COCKROFT, F. July 16, 1945, No. 18125. [Class 87 (ii)] The crosshead 3, carrying moulding tools 4, 5, slides on a central guide column 6 and is guided at its ends by recessed parts 7 thereof engaging the frame 21. The crosshead is reciprocated by means of links 11 driven from a motor 14 through change speed gearing and cranks. The parts 7 have renewable wear plates 8 and may be separate from the crosshead and adjustable. The machine shown is for moulding and lidding pies.
