585,281. Gate-leg tables. ALBANY SHEET METAL & ENGINEERING CO. (OLDHAM), Ltd., and ARNOTT, J. M. Feb. 13, 1945, No. 3555. [Class 52 (iii)] The frame of a gate-leg table is of metal tubing and comprises two longitudinal members A of inverted U-shape, each comprising two legs a connected by a horizontal portion a\ and a longitudinal stay a'. The members A are connected by transverse stays a<2>, and the stays a<2> and a<3> are secured by welding or other suitable means. One or a pair of tubular legs B of inverted L-shape are pivotally mounted on each member A at C, and the gate-leg stays b<1> are pivoted to the stays a<3> at C'.
