575,877. Filters for suction cleaners. AKTIEBOLAGET ELEKTROLUX. April 20, 1944, No. 7306. Convention date, May 14, 1943. [Class 8 (ii)] A vacuum filter bag 12 is attached to a flanged supporting sleeve 14 held between casing 10 and cover 11 of the cleaner by first reinforcing a hem 19 with a split ring 18, then inserting in an axially or radially disposed groove 17 in the sleeve 14 and afterwards pressing the groove mouth 17 so that it becomes less in width than the inserted reinforced hem. The invention can be applied to plane filters.
