Abstract

573,378. Constructional toys. KUNA, J. Aug. 10, 1943, No. 12886. [Class 132 (iii)] A set of constructional members for forming model structures, toys, articles and other objects, includes a main set of elements members, Figs. 1 and 5, having one or more notches 2 of depth equal to thickness of the member on one or more of its edges. The members are assembled by the use of connecting pieces 3 of length two or more times the depth of a notch. Holes may be provided in the body of the members in which the connecting pieces 3 can be engaged. The construction set may also include members. Fig. 16, with projecting lugs 2a in place of notches. The members may be of various lengths and shapes other than that shown and curved, angled or channel shaped members may also be provided.
