[Class 18] The slide of a drawer-and slide container for cigar ettes, cigars and pencils comprises a box 2 with a hinged lid 8 adapted to enclose the contents completely, the lid forming the top and parts of two sides being hinged to one of then and being adapted to be opened by a flexible con nection 13 secured at 14 15 to the slide so that when in the closed position the connection 13 is stretched A flexible connection may alternatively be connected at one end to the inside o the shell. Loose or pack eted cigarettes may be placed in the slide.
