565,323. Asymmetrically-conducting resistances. KOLB, O. K. Nov. 22, 1943, No. 19524. [Class 37] The surface of the selenium layer of a rectifier is treated with thallium compounds before application of the counter electrode. Preferably a solution of thallous sulphate or thallous hydroxide is used.
