[Class 18] A holder for adhesive tape, e.g. for sealing tins comprises a column 10 supporting on its end 12 a reel 11 of adhesive tape, the portion 12 being of less height than the thickness of the reel. A plate 14 is resiliently pressed on to the reel by a thumb-nut 16. A severing blade may be provided on the apparatus.
