550,930. Veterinary remedies. COLLIE, B., MOILLIET, J. L., and IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, Ltd. July 28, 1941, No. 9556. [Class 81 (i)] Anthelmintic veterinary preparations of diphenylamine are made by mixing, e.g. by milling, an aqueous solution of a water-soluble salt of a volatile base (e.g. ammonia) and a water-insoluble polyhydric alcohol-polybasic acid resin, which may have been modified with a resin, fat oil, &c. with. diphenylamine, drying the mixture and mixing the dry product with a solid water-soluble basic substance, e.g. sodium carbonate or sodium phosphate, together with, if desired, solid wetting or like agents. Salts of sulphonic acid derivatives are suitable wetting agents; examples of aliphatic and aromatic type are instanced.
