Abstract
548,214. Hooks. TREGENZA, B. M. March 28, 1941, No. 4235. [Class 89 (ii)] Coupling hook has a pivoted link D that swings between the point and head of the hook to prevent accidental disengagement of the coupled link F. This link is narrow enough to pass through the link D and to effect release it is passed up through the link and over the point of the hook and then brought down outside the hook when the link D is in its mid position.
