[Class 29] Condensation of moisture on the under surface of a drip tray 16 is prevented by providing therefor a shield 17, which may support the tray on a shelf or be suspended from a shelf close to the bottom of the tray, the shield comprising spaced apart metal sheets 19, 18 sealed around their edges to provide a dead air space, by a grooved rubber ring 20, and the outer face of the lower sheet exposed to the air of the cabinet having a high co-efficient of absorption of radiant heat. In the case of aluminium sheets the exposed face may be anodized; or an enamelled surface may be used. The upper face of the upper sheet may be polished to minimise the emission of radiant heat, or may be unpolished or treated in the same manner as the lower sheet.
