Abstract

521,753. Road-vehicle suspensions. STRAUSSLER, N. Oct. 26, 1938, No. 30965. [Class 108 (ii)] Wheel arms 5 are carried rotatably on the ends of a tubular cross member 1 and are connected and retained on the member 1 by a resilient torsion bar 7. Suspension springs 10 are carried on the bosses of the wheel arms one end being inserted into the hollow wheel axles, and the other end being attached to blocks 13 which are adjusted by screws 15 to vary the position of the wheel arm relative to the frame 3.
