[Classes 21 and 125 (iii)] A combined bottle closure and liquid withdrawal device comprises a hollow body member 22 fitted with a tap 26, a bushing 16 spaced d therefrom and an expansible stopper member 15, e.g., of rubber secured between the shoulders 19, 23 as shown. The bushing 16 is mounted on the threaded portion 32 of an air vent tube 30 and the device is fixed in the bottle B by rotating the nut 31 and expanding the stopper 15. The device may serve as a stopper only after removing the tap 26 and plugging the hole in the member 22.
