Abstract

508,094. Vapour burners. FISCHER, H. Sept. 20, 1937, No, 25468. Void. Convention date, Sept. 21, 1936. [Class 75 (i)] The vaporizer of a vapour burner is formed from a single piece of tubing of uniform bore and consists of a ring 1 having one end V-shaped and connected to a screw cap 4 on the fuel supply pipe and the other end 5 bent to pass between the limbs 2, 3 of the V-shaped end. The vaporizing tube is slotted at the junction of the limbs 2, 3 with the cap 4 and both limbs are in gas communication with the ring portion. The end 5 carries the vapour nipple 6 and is fitted with a removable plug 7 to allow the insertion of a clearing tool. The ring 1 supports a disc 8 on which rests an inner hood 12 and a perforated outer hood 14.
