Abstract
505,166. Luggage attachments for cycles &c. PUCHLEITNER, H. Dec. 30, 1938, No. 37798. Convention date, Dec. 30, 1937. [Class 136 (i)] Means for suspending despatch cases, parcels, or other articles from the handle-bar, frame, luggage-carrier, &c. of a bicycle &c. comprise two separate one-piece sockets g, which are secured at the same height and in spaced relationship on the handle-bar or other part of the cycle, e.g. by a clip a attached to each socket, and into which slide supporting- members or tongues h to which the despatch case &c. is removably attached, as by means of a hook l on each member h. The socket g is formed on the upper flat part b of the clip a, and is inclined, so that the member h is retained by friction in the socket.
