502,362. Pickers. BURGERSTEIN, L. Sept. 15, 1937, No. 25124. [Class 142 (iii)] A compressed rolled raw hide picker for overpick looms has its plies held together by a member 2 with widened ends &c. situated completely in the hide pack, its shank being parallel to the spindle bore. The member may be of aluminium alloy, synthetic resin, or ebonite and may comprise a split pin, a screw and nut, a hollow rivet, a headed clip, or a two part metal button. It may intersect the spindle bore and help to guide the spindle S.
