[Class 44] [Also in Group X] A turnbutton fastening for the sashes of double windows comprises corner fittings 10, 20 secured to the sashes one having a rotatable undercut stud 13 and handle 12, and the other having a countersunk hole 14. The fitting 20 has an inclined boss 16 on which the handle 12 rides when opening to separate the sashes.
