[Class 39 (iii)] A wire 1 is woven in zigzag form in a fabric 2 which is then saturated with artificial resin and arranged between a veneer 3 treated on both sides with artificial resin and a veneer 4 treated on its inner side with artificial resin. The parts are then dried and again treated once or several times with artificial resin. Pressing and heating are effected at 20 kg. per sq. cm. and at 130‹ C. The veneers may be wood, paper, textile material or asbestos. The heating element may be arranged on a constructional slab 5. The heaters may be used as ceiling heaters, may form parts of heat accumulators, or may be combined with lighting devices.
