Abstract

492,015. Boxes for chocolates &c. WARDLE, E., JONES, H., and TODD, C. I., (trading as WARDLE & CO., E.), BURDETT, A. E. D., and BRYANT, C. Feb. 2, 1938, No. 3278. [Class 18] Chocolates, sweets, biscuits &c. are packed in boxes by locating them in an apertured member 20 and then pressing on them a sheet 24 with star-shaped apertures, the sheet being held by an apertured member 31 which also fits over the chocolates &c. the edges 25 of the sheet 29 extend inwards over the edges of member 31. The packing may be done by arranging the chocolates &c. upside down in the required order, placing over them the member 31 and the sheet 24 and then fitting the inverted box body over them. An auxiliary apertured support may be used for initially positioning the objects.
