[Class 108 (iii)] [Also in Group XXIV] Shafts 1, 4, or members secured thereto, are provided with arcuate, opposed, shallow rollertracks 8, 9, receiving hollow, metallic, resilient, cylindrical rollers 7, preferably constituted by one or more layers of oppositely-wound helical bands of spring-steel, which provide selfdamping. An exponential deflection-curve is shown.
