462,970. Protective arrangements. HYDRAWERK AKT.-GES. June 14, 1935, No. 17231. Convention date, June 14, 1934. [Class 38 (iv)] An interference suppressing device, housed in a casing, connected in the length of the leads 4 from the disturbing element or machine, consists of a condenser combination in which of two condensers or sets of condensers 5, 6 connected across the leads, one has a capacity of 1 mf. while the other has a capacity of 1 mf. or more. The condensers are connected to bars 2 which extend through the casing. The bars may be divided for the interposition of fuses 8 and the casing may be provided with means for observing the condition of the fuses. A discharge resistance 7 may be fitted. When two condensers in series are placed across the bars 2, the lead between the two may be earthed directly or through a further condenser.
