[Class 137] A fan E driven by a motor draws in air through the open top of a cylinder B and discharges it through a spray caused by a rotating cone D dipping into water in a vessel A, the air issuing through the space between a hood C and the vessel A. A perforated box containing solid disinfectant may be fixed inside the hood C, and exposure of the disinfectant to the air controlled by a screwed spindle extending outside the hood. Electric heating means may be attached to the cylinder to warm the air, and electric light fittings K are secured to the outside of the hood.
