Abstract

An alloy steel includes from 0,1-0,7 per cent of carbon, 0,1-2,0 per cent of manganese, 0,5-2,5 per cent of silicon, 0,01-11,0 per cent of chromium, and 1,0-8,0 per cent of molybdenum. From 0,01 to 2,5 per cent of nickel and /or 0,01 to 2,0 per cent of vanadium may also be included. Specifications 103,810 and 144,326, [both in Class 82 (i)], are referred to.
