441,385. Centrifugal fans. WATKINS & WATSON, Ltd., and DUCKER, F. E. M., 17, White Lion Street, Islington, London. July 18, 1934, No. 21029. [Class 110 (i)] [See also Group XXXV] Rubber cushions j, j, interposed between the spider arms g carrying the motor of a centrifugal fan and the casing studs d, fit into cylindrical eyes h. The cushions are compressed between washers l, l<1>, and a flange i by means of nuts m, m<1>, the degree of compression being limited by a sleeve k on which the cushions are mounted. The internal diameter of the flanges i is such that the flange clears the studs. The hub of the spider has two flanges e<2> and the motor is secured by two pairs of grub screws c<3> placed 120‹ apart.
