[Class 138 (ii)] Auxiliary ironing-elements 70 are secured to the back of the main element 10 of the head of an ironing - press whereby ruffles on garments may be ironed by drawing the articles over the auxiliary elements by hand. The auxiliary elements are secured by screws 84 threaded into bosses 28 standing up from the inside face of the main ironing element and passing through apertures in the heating unit H.
