434,860. Folding cots. CORKETT, J. F. L., 56, Delmeny Road, Carshalton, Surrey. Nov. 28, 1934, No. 34258. [Class 52 (ii)] In a folding cot wherein radially extending pivoted arms 10 .. 13 in each side frame are held apart by end supports 34, 38 pivoted to one pair of side arms and detachably connected to the other pair the inner ends of the lower pair of pivoted arms 10, 11 bear against an abutment 26 in the bearing block 24 and the inner ends of the upper pair of arms 12, 13 bear against the inner ends of the lower pair of arms. The cot mattress is supported by a bag slung from rods spanning the ends of the end supports and is in two parts supported by a folding plywood bottom 56.
