Abstract
434,108. Refrigerating. WEISE, A., 25, Bismarckstrasse, Dresden, Germany. Nov. 24, 1933, No. 32957. Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, May 25, 1934]. [Class 29] Absorption machines.- The output of a con tinuous absorption re frigerating - machine is regulated by adjusting valves in the circulation connections of the appar atus to vary the distri bution of the working medium in the apparatus For instance by temporarily restricting flow from the absorber to the generator an accumulation of fluid is caused in the absorber. Similarly by restricting the flow in the opposite direction an accumulation is caused in the generator. Alternatively reservoirs b are provided in parallel with a pipe connection of the apparatus. By the operation of valves in the connections a and c of the reservoir b in conjunction with a differential pressure device d, fluid can be withdrawn into the reservoir or returned into circulation as desired. The change in the distribution of the working fluid produces the required regulation in conjunction if desired, with the regulation of the solutioncirculating pump of the machine.
