[Class 61 (ii)] A bow saw comprises front and rear limbs a<1>, a<4> bifurcated at a<2>, a<5>, the front limb provided with slots a<3> to receive a pin c<1> on the blade c and the rear limb carrying a locking lever e with bifurcations e<2> straddling the rear limb and pivoted thereto at f and having notches e<3> to receive a pin g at the rear end of the blade, the arrangement being such that when the blade is engaged with the notched lever prior to tensioning it has already entered between the edges a<6> of the bifurcations of the rear limb.
