This comprises a cylindrical casing having two perforated partitions j, k through which passes a tube l. Part of the air from the exhaust spigot g passes through the tube l and the remainder passes through the disinfectant m surrounding the tube. This disinfectant is introduced through a sliding cover in the casing.
