426,047. Keys for securing railway rails. MILLS, Ltd., EXECUTORS OF J., Bredbury Steel Works, Bredbury, near Stock port, and MACBETH, A., Broadway, The Firs, Bowdon, Altrincham, both in Cheshire. July 21, 1933, No. 20555. [Class 104 (ii)] Keys 11 for insertion between sleeper jaws 5 and rail flanges 10 are formed with two jawengaging surfaces 12, 13 and two rail engaging surfaces 14, 15, so that by driving in the key from one or other side of the jaw or using it on one or other side of the rail, it can be used to secure rails of different widths, as shown in Figs. 1 and 3.
