409,889. Spray-producers. DONATINI, A., 1, Via Belvedere, La Spezia, Marola, Italy. April 6, 1933, No. 10357. [Class 69 (iii).] A liquid-fuel atomizing burner comprises a casing A formed with a fuel inlet D, a conical nozzle C secured by a nut B to the casing A, an adjustable spindle L carrying a valve L<11> controlling the fuel discharge from the nozzle C, and a cylindrical and frusto-conical core I formed with helical grooves J of constant pitch. The grooves J gradually decrease in width towards the bottom of the grooves and, on the conical portion, towards the apex of the cone. A filter G is secured in the casing A by a perforated ring H held between the core I and the inner casing wall F.
