409,646. Implements for working land. CHARRUES MELOTTE SOC. ANON., Gembloux, Belgium. July 25, 1932, No. 20938. Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts,Aug.23, 1932]. [Class 6 (i).] In a hoe comprising one or more tools each mounted on a tool-carrier provided with a wheel engaging the ground, a coulter is provided in front of each tool in a vertical plane. The tool-carrier 3 may consist of a jointed parallelogram provided with a spring 3<1>, the wheel 6 being mounted in a fork 5 on the toolcarrier, and the hoeing-tool 2 being adjustably secured by a clamping-screw 3<11>. The coulter may consist of a disc 7 on the axle of the wheel 6, or of a knife blade mounted on the fork 5 in such a manner that it may be adjusted as to height and inclination, being secured by pins passing through holes. The coulter 7<11> shown in Fig. 3 is connected to the tool 2 by a rigid member 10 and is provided with a slot 11 to allow of being adjustably secured by a screw 12.
