Abstract
400,011. Steam cooking-apparatus. HOLLASCH, G., 19, K÷lnerstrasse, L³denscheid, Westphalia, Germany. Dec. 9, 1932, No. 35005. Convention date, Dec. 9, 1931. [Class 28 (i).] In apparatus comprising a cooking- vessel d surrounded by the steam space c of a water chamber a fitted with electrodes b and connected to an expansion chamber f, the expansion chamber is fitted with an adjustable pressureregulating valve k. In a modification the chamber f is a coil surrounding the space c. A safety valve o, a manometer n, a filling funnel m, and an air escape valve p are fitted to a pipe l opening into the steam chamber. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes modifications wherein the chamber f is a riser pipe terminating in a filling funnel. In one arrangement the steam space of the electrode boiler is connected by pipes to the jackets of a plurality of cooking vessels separate from one another and from the boiler. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
