[Class 123 (ii).] A boiler comprises a number of units of the kind in which water in excess is circulated at high velocity around a combustion chamber 1 to which fuel and air are supplied under high pressure, steam being separated from the excess water in a centrifugal separator 6. The steam and water spaces of the separators are connected to pipes 8, 7, which communicate with a chamber 9 on which the level indicator, feed regulator, pressure gauge and alarms are mounted. Excess water is returned to the circulating pump 4 through a pipe 13 opening into the bottom of the chamber 9.
